You can’t have a movie without incredibly hard working crew members, and lucky for us, the Bulgarian and Greece teams were the best in the business. Not only did I meet some of the finest action stars of our time, but I also had the privilege of working with some of the most talented crew members in the industry, whether they were fellow PA’s, stunt men, background extras, or the grip/lighting team. There were days that call time was 6pm with a 4:30am wrap and we would all go back to the hotel, have drinks, share laughs, and go to bed at the break of day. I will never forget being invited by the first AD on the last day of filming to call “ACTION” and “CUT” 🎬 on the final martini shot of the entire production. It’s a moment that will forever be engraved in my heart and memories. I went to Europe for the first time not knowing a single person. Little did I know I’d be making lifelong friends and professional networking connections that I still communicate with to this very day. Hopefully sooner rather than later, the current strikes in Hollywood can come to an end and allow myself and these particular connections to move forward with certain exciting projects in development hell and get back to business as usual.
